1.Description

This part was made in high purity 99% alumina ceramic material.  It was white ceramic tubes parts, which was designed per customer request .  The ceramic tube surface was polished. Very good quality

99% alumina tubes( density 3.8-3.9 and working condition temperature1400-1900 degree)

2. Physical performance 

They were widely used in electrical components field , such as the electrica heaters, thermocouple and so on. The alumina material was very good in resist high temperature .Also, they can had the very good insulation performance.  The tubes parts can work very well in the condition to meet customers' physical performance request. The working condition can be 1400-1900 degree high temperature

3. Process

1)We will design and make the very precise mould per customer drawings dimension request. 

2)Generally, we will use the hot forming process to burn and form this ceramic parts or extrusion forming the tubes.The temperature was very sensitive for alumina material to affect the dimension changing or out of specification.So will adjust it per the different lot material characteristic to gurantee the dimension was in specification.

3) After finished them, we will polish the tubes surface and we will arrange the inspection for the dimension and apperance .

4)Carefully packing them to gurantee without any crack in transitment. Using soft plastic bags and carton and enforce the pallet before sea shipment .
