1.Description

This part was made in high purity Steatite ceramic material.  It was white ceramic plug, which was designed per customer request and assembled with metal ring and rubber bushing and so on.  The insert was metal ring and aluminium casting. The ceramic surface was glazed.

2. Physical performance 

They were widely used in electrical components field . The steatite material was one of the best resist high temperature ceramic material. Also, they can had the very good insulation performance. After assembled with brass inserts, the whole parts can work very well in the condition to meet customers' physical performance request. The working condition can be voltage was 600V and current was 35A. It was very high quality plug and had the very good performance in condition.

3. Process

1)We will design and make the very precise mould per customer drawings dimension request. 

2)This parts accessories included glazed steatite connectors and red silicone bushing and metal ring and aluminium casting.

3)Generally, we will use the hot forming process to burn and form this ceramic parts.The temperature was very sensitive for steatite material to affect the dimension changing or out of specification.So will adjust it per the different lot material characteristic to gurantee the dimension was in specification.

4) After finished them, we will arrange the inspection for the dimension and apperance , then assemble them with inserts. The insert was brass and had the good performance in conductivy electricity.  Then, the whole assembled parts can work very well in the condition to meet customer request.

5)Carefully packing them to gurantee without any defects in transitment. Using soft plastic bags and carton and enforce the pallet before sea shipment .

4. Insert

The metal ring and aluminium casting parts were designed per the customer request and we will gurantee the ceramic

connectors and will be assembled with them well.

5. Capacity

Each month 30,000pcs. We also can adjust our production capacity per your request.

6. Quality and shipment

We will inspect all our parts before shipment to gurantee the dimension was OK and the appearance without any defects.
